Health.
Where water work meets wellbeing — preventing waterborne disease, addressing absenteeism, and supporting mental health where it's needed.
Health, increasingly, is what comes out of the tap.
Where water meets wellbeing.
Health work used to mean Sanyati Baptist Hospital — supply runs, birthing kits, clinic prep across the better part of two decades. That partnership has wound down. What's emerged in its place is a quieter conviction: health in rural Zimbabwe is shaped, day to day, by what comes out of the tap.
Wellbores in our partner communities don't just provide drinking water. They remediate waterborne disease, lower school absenteeism, and free women and girls from hours of daily water-fetching that has its own physical toll. The Clean Water work is the Health work, and increasingly we describe it that way.
We stopped drawing a line between water and health. The line wasn't there.
We continue to support clinic operations where need surfaces, and through our partnership with ZTS the Trauma Care Course extends the definition further still — mental health is health.
