Who we are
JourneyPartners, Inc. (operating as JourneyPartners) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website or interact with us, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
What we collect
We collect the minimum we need to do our work:
Contact information — your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send via our contact form.
Donation history — donations are processed by Zeffy; we receive donor name, email, and amount for receipt and acknowledgment purposes. Zeffy's own privacy policy governs their collection.
Web-server logs — standard hosting logs (request path, timestamp, hashed IP address) used for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar profiling tools.
How we use it
To respond to your contact-form submissions.
To process and acknowledge donations and issue tax-deductible receipts.
To send the newsletter or prayer-partner updates you opted into.
To detect spam and abuse on the contact form.
Who we share with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and the ministry:
Zeffy — donation processing.
AWS Simple Email Service (SES) — outbound email delivery (acknowledgments, newsletters).
Cloudflare — website hosting and edge security.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or barter contact information.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to make the site work (for example, a CSRF token on the contact form). We do not set advertising cookies and do not embed third-party tracking pixels.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through the site, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your contact-form submission, unsubscribe from any list we maintain, or correct information we hold about you. Email us at contact@journeypartners.net or reach out via our contact form and we'll act on the request.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in a newsletter issue.
