Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

Journey Partners International, Inc. ("JourneyPartners," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit journeypartners.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly: when you subscribe to our newsletter, donate, or contact us, we collect the details you submit (name, email address, donation amount, and any message you send).
  • Automatic information: our hosting platform records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity and DataDog Real User Monitoring to understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies in your browser and may record session interactions in an anonymised form.

How we use your information

  • To send you the newsletters and updates you've requested.
  • To process and acknowledge donations.
  • To respond to enquiries.
  • To improve the website's design and content (analytics, with consent).
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations as a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Cookies and your choices

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working. We also store your analytics consent choice in your browser's local storage so the site can remember that preference on future visits. These strictly necessary storage mechanisms do not require consent under GDPR or CCPA.

All other cookies — including the analytics tools listed above — are loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the site footer, which re-opens the banner so you can decline. If you decline after previously accepting, the page reloads so the analytics tools are removed from the current session immediately.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar US state laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

JourneyPartners does not sell or share your personal information. We do not exchange visitor or supporter data with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Because we do not engage in either practice, no separate opt-out request is necessary — declining analytics cookies on the banner stops all third-party data collection on this site, both immediately (the page reloads) and on every future visit.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for analytics. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
